All payments are nonrefundable.

Additional work after quoted price will be adjusted accordingly.

Any work environment deemed hazardous will be charged an additional hazmat fee or refusal of service at our discretion.

All pets and non-essential moving people should be out of the immediate work area to ensure safety.

Any damage that may occur will be covered in house/out of pocket.

Any transportation of firearms or ammunition must be disclosed prior to move and is subject to an additional fee.

We do not transport any living organisms, such as plants, animals or humans.

We do not retain any personal customer information after your service is completed.
